About Larkstone Supported Living
At Larkstone Supported Living we provide
supported living 24 hours a day, all year round for adults with
learning disabilities and complex needs.
We make every effort to ensure that the best
quality of life, for each individual, is attained by providing a
safe and secure environment to promote independent living for our
Service Users.
We support, respect and encourage individual
choice and focus on the individual and not the disability.
At Larkstone Supported Living we believe that by
promoting positive self image, self esteem and confidence will
empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
We respect Service Users privacy, dignity and
confidentiality.
Service User's’ families and friends are warmly
welcomed to 16/17 Larkstone Terrace, Sunningdale and Upover, to
facilitate on going relationships and the social involvement.
Larkstone Supported Living Ltd Is a progressive needs lead Domiciliary Care and
Support Organisation. It assists in the management, support and care
of people with complex disability. The people that it provides services to may have
single diagnoses, dual, or even multiple diagnoses.
Our aims and objectives
We promote
individuality through developing and maximising peoples abilities,
offering opportunity, encouraging positive engagement, providing
community resources, and encouraging people to take control of their
individuality. We provide
outreach services to people living in their own homes, irrespective
of their disability or sometimes socially challenging behaviours. This is achieved by understanding the current
and anticipated needs of the people, by under taking, continuous
appraisal, and on going assessment of there progress, in order to be
able to plan with them, their family, Care managers and their
future.
